Najoskar Is Taught How To Cook Italian Foods In Florence.
It has been nearly two weeks now and I am burnt and bitten all over, I also feel a lot fatter than before as all this Italian food seems to be never ending! I thought I would write and tell you about some of the Italian food we have had here over the last few weeks. The most popular Italian foods seem to be pasta and pizza, which isn’t bad as they are both nice!
Last night I had some Italian wild bore with Italian noodles. It was very nice but very fatty! My favourite thing so far has been lasagne which I had whilst in Pisa and here in Rome, the Italian foods are very different to the microwavable versions back at home!
Whilst we were in Florence we had an Italian cooking lesson where they taught us how to cook various Italian foods. We prepared pasta from scratch and then added an Italian tomato sauce, this was my favourite dish.
Over all the Italian food has been very nice, but also very fattening!
Today we learnt that as you go further southwards in Italy the crusts on the Italian style pizzas become thinner! However we cannot work out why!
We will be catching our plane home on Wednesday and should arrive back at the house around noon, I will come straight over to show you the photographs, my sunburn and mozzy bites!

Italian foods are readily available in some UK city restaurants, and as frozen Italian meals in supermarkets, but for the true Italian food, perhaps a visit to Italy is required. Pizza and pasta are two of the Italian foods that have become increasing popular, as more people have spent their holidays in Italy, to return home with memories of some delicious food.
