Christmas Gifts Beneath a Christmas Tree Decorated With Silver Tinsel and Flashing Lights.
Whether a Christmas Tree is very small or quite large, the finishing touch must surely be the decorations with which it is adorned. A specially grown Christmas tree from a nursery planting, supplied without roots, soon shows its disapproval by dropping its needles. There are special sprays for such natural Christmas trees, to reduce such calamities and avoid the possibility of having a Christmas tree showing only its trunk and branches. The alternative is to buy an atificial Christmas tree that with care in storing is likely to last for many years. An artifical Christmas tree can be bought in different colors, in silver, and even green, although the green artificial Christmas tree will never have the quality of a naturally grown tree, despite its similar appearance. After the festivities are over, many Local Authorities now have centres where, after the naturally grown Christmas Tree has served its purpose, the tree can be taken for recycling, and turned into compost.
Another option is to buy and grow a rooted Christmas tree in a pot, that will bring the joys of Christmas into the living room during the festivities, and then be an attractive feature in the garden for the rest of the year. When the Christmas tree becomes too large for the pot, it can be planted in the garden, to be uprooted at Christmas time, and brought into the house again as an old friend!
