Outdoor Pool Tables Set Up with Cues and Balls Ready for Games.

Two outdoor pool tables by a restaurant door were set up ready for games, when we called there for lunch. We were on our way to visit the botanical gardens so there was not time for us to make use of the outdoor pool tables. We were told by the staff in the restaurant that the outdoor pool tables were very popular in the evenings, particularly with the young people.
Table tennis and pool are two games often seen being played outside during the hot dry days of the summer season. While we were standing by the outdoor pool tables, a man walking on the road saw a rat running along the gutter. He gave chase, gave the rat two or three kicks, and sent it to the afterworld. It was as well that we had already finished our lunch before inspecting the outdoor pool tables, so the rat incident did not affect our appetite!

There was no time for us to have a game on the outdoor pool tables at the side of the road outside the restaurant where we had lunch during our journey to visit the botanical gardens. There were no players at the outdoor pool tables at the time,
but in the evening they would have been put to full use by the local people. In regions where the weather is hot and dry, outdoor pool tables and tables for ping-pong are often seen on the pavements.
