Roast Duck Restaurant With A 5th Generation Owner.
On the wall of the covered entrance to the
Roast Duck restaurant were large photographs of dignitaries and politicians who had paid visits to the restaurant, then in the Roast Duck restaurant itself, only a large glass panel separated the busy chefs and the ovens to roast the ducks, from the customers.
On the ground floor of the Roast Duck Restaurant there is a tableau of models of the founder of the restaurant, together with a model of a chef carrying a Roast Duck on a tray. The restaurant is well known for its roast duck meals so there seemed to be a constant flow of customers to the restaurant; no table was left unoccupied for more than a few minutes. As soon as customers at the tables near to us had finished
their roast duck meals, and had left their table, restaurant staff were at the table, and within about two minutes had cleared and reset the table and made it ready for new customers.
