Red Chili Used in Cooking is Popular but Not to Everyone's Taste.
Red Chili on Skip Almost as Hot as the Sun Shining on Them.
People either like their food cooked with red chili, or they dont. In some provinces red chilli is added to many foods during cooking, and it is sometimes difficult to find a restaurant where their dishes do not contain a red chilli ingredient.
Now that many of the large restaurants have illustrated menus, they can at least use red chili motifs to indicate how hot and spicey are the dishes. Although red chili sauce is available from the shops and supermarkets, the best chili sauce is that which is home made.

How do people get accustomed to eating red chili ? They use red chili when cooking; put red chili in sauces, and sometimes have red chili at every meal of the day !
I once showed an interest in a sauce that was on the table, that looked like sesame seed in tomato sauce. My host invited me to try it, which I did, selecting just one of the seeds to put into my mouth. When I closed my mouth it felt as if it was going to explode.... the seeds were not of sesame, but from the pods of red chili. My first experience of eating chili sauce, unlikely to be forgotten.
