The Turck Family from the region of Thiérache in Picardie have been making Cider by traditional methods for generations, from apples grown in their own Orchards and from other selected Orchards of the Thiérache region.
Their Ciders when tasted, have a hint of red berries, aniseed, honey and hazelnuts, reflecting the excellent quality of Apples used in the fermentation.
A further testimony to their excellence are the annual awards that the Ciders have collected since 1995.
