Kung Pao Chicken
Kung Pao Chicken is a main dish of Chinese food in the Sichuan cuisine. Kung Pao Chicken is made by diced chicken stirred with peanuts, red peppers, hoisin sauce and chile peppers. A good kung pao chicken will be served not drippy or oily. This dish of Chinese food, because of its tasty sauce and ingredients besides chicken, is sometimes made without any meat or seafood, but with tofu instead.

Chinese noodles, also known as mien, fall into three main categories. The most common being wheat flour noodles, which can be made with or without eggs. Although today wheat flour noodles are eaten and enjoyed all over China, they originated in the north, where wheat is a staple crop. Depending on the other ingredients, wheat noodles can be white or yellow, thin as spaghetti or thick as fettucine, stiff or extremely elasticicated.
Fried Rice
Fried Rice is a very popular item of chinese food. It has been used as a home dish from around 4000 BC. Fried rice in the past was made from cold leftover rice which was then fried with other leftover ingredients. Today fried rice is made with fresh ingredients and usually served before the dessert. The Chinese food of fried rice has many different types, each one with its own unique list of ingredients.
