The positions using a staff as a Kung Fu weapon are named in Pinyin and English and demonstrated by Master Xing Du, who is a Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk. It should be noted that a Kung Fu weapon has its use in various exercises, and not necessarily for mortal combat. In the stances shown on this page the Kung Fu weapon used is a simple staff.
